Life Breakthrough Christian Coach Training

Daryl and Janet Daughtry (United States) established Life Breakthrough Christian Coach Training Academy to fill a need in the areas of Christian life coach training and certification. They wanted to create some of the very best material that they possibly could to equip faith-based coaches to serve the Body of Christ around the world. They insisted on offering a program that is highly affordable, highly practical, and highly Biblical.

Daryl and Janet bring 30-plus years of teaching and ministry experience each to the program. They have been involved in pastoral care, discipleship training, and church leadership. Daryl also has a background as a newspaper and magazine publisher, which gives him insights into the business and marketing side of things. Janet has worked for various ministries and churches over the years and brings with her the solid foundation of seminary training. They both are certified life coaches and have training in several specialized areas.

Renato and Patrizia Amato (Italy) are both Certified Life Coaches and endorsed Coach Trainers. They add to the coaching program 36 years of missionary experience and discipleship training in 15 countries around the world, which has equipped them with the outstanding knowledge and capability of relating to people of different languages and cultures. Renato and Patrizia offer the Course both in English and Italian, and have been training new Life Breakthrough Coaches from about 20 nationalities on 3 different continents. The Amatos also teach our courses in Italian.

Robert Ricciardelli (United States) is the founder of Converging Zone Network & Visionary Advancement Strategies. Through Visionary Advancement Strategies ministry, newsletter, and social network platforms, he brings collaboration to over 100,000 each week in various spheres of society. The Converging Zone Network is a dream being realized of bringing more people to interface with each other across the globe. Robert speaks to churches, conferences, and other venues around the world.

Lynne Lee (UK) has a Diploma in Life Coaching and is a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach and Life Coach Trainer. She has over 30 years of experience in pastoral care and discipleship and mentoring. Lynne also holds a Diploma in Theological Studies and is a qualified experienced teacher and trainer with over 30 years teaching experience. Lynne loves coaching and the results it produces. She never tires of seeing how even small changes of perspective can lead to big changes.

David Guerrero (United States) is an ordained minister with over ten years experience in pastoral counseling, along with thirteen years in private health facility administration. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Theology and a Masters Degree in Ministry. David is a Board certified Faith-Based Christian Counselor and holds Chaplaincy credentials as well as being a certified Christian life coach. David also teaches our courses in Spanish.

Jaime L. Rohadfox (United States), known as "Coach Jaime", is a Transformation life coach, mentor and life coach trainer. She is passionate about empowering, edifying and equipping women to overcome their negative thinking and limited beliefs to discover or rediscover their passion, fulfill their purpose, and be prosperous in every area of their lives. Known as a change catalyst, she helps women to step outside of their comfort zone to reach their God-given purpose.

Janice McNicol (Scotland) Janice McNicol (United Kingdom) is a certified life coach, coach trainer and certified personality profling coach/ consultant. Janice's passion is to help people identify their Divine Design by exploring the structure of their God-given uniqueness, thereby enabling them to breakthrough from untapped potential to powerful purpose in life, business, relationships and ministry. Her work includes teaching students at Destiny Church College in Glasgow, Scotland.

Dr. Tom Cocklereece (United States) is a certified coach and brings a combination of education and experience to coach training. He has 20 years experience as a pastor and he is a recognized author specializing in leadership, discipleship, and coaching. He writes for the Linked2Leadership blogazine and is the author of Simple Discipleship and The Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit. Tom has degrees in medical technology, healthcare administration, theology and a doctorate in leadership and administration. He is the founder of RENOVA Coaching and Consulting LLC.

Odette Smith (Australia) is a certified life coach and trainer. In 2005, she founded 2 Enlighten due to her passion for holistically empowering people to improve their health and wellbeing in all dimensions of life (physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually). Odette has gained a wide range of expertise as a Registered Nurse/Midwife, Health Counsellor/Coach and Case Manager with over 25 years' experience within both the private and public health sectors. Odette also has over 13 years' experience in pastoral care and church leadership.

Dr. Vince Rizzo (United States) Vince and his wife, Laura, are Directors of Discipling Nations International which encompass operating four international online ministries. These include an online bible college which Vince founded, a Christian university, a Christian online radio station and a social network which he also founded. The underlying commonality of each branch of Discipling Nations stem from a passion to reach the world for Christ and an entrepreneurial spirit that the Lord has used to reach 157 nations. Vince has 26 years of ministry experience, holds a Doctorate degree from Covenant Theological Seminary and is an experienced bible teacher and Christian Educator.

Our Coaches Creed

01. I hold myself accountable to the highest level of integrity, honoring Jesus Christ individually and corporately, in all my associations with clients and colleagues.

02. I will maintain complete confidentiality with my clients, within the confines of the law.

03. I will be clear with my clients about the nature of the coaching relationship, including structure, fees, refunds, expectations and guarantees.

04. I will never give a client’s name to anyone, for any purpose, without express permission.

05. I will give credit where credit is due for materials supplied by other sources, respecting copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property.

06. I will judiciously avoid conflicts of interest. If any should arise, I shall, without delay, inform concerned parties of my position.

07. I will represent myself honestly and clearly to my clients, and coach only within my areas of expertise.

08. I will actively pursue well being, wholeness, and continual learning in my own life.

09. I will refer a client to another coach if I am not within my area of expertise or comfort, so the client gets the best possible coaching.

10. I will honor my Christian values in my professional conduct, placing neither blame nor blemish on the name of Christ or the coaching profession.

Our Statement of Faith

It is our conviction that God has given us in His Word the essentials of the faith He has called us to embrace. Biblical truth sets us free to live lives of purpose and fulfillment. Rather than being a collection of esoteric propositions, the basics of Christian doctrine serve as the foundation for our spirituality. Rooted in the orthodoxy of historic Christianity, we affirm the following essentials as our statement of faith:

The Bible
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. The Bible is the ultimate and final authority for believers and the Church in all matters on which it speaks.

God
We believe in one eternal God who has revealed Himself in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable yet indivisible and of one substance. The Bible describes the character of God as good, loving, righteous, holy, just, merciful, kind, and perfect. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-present, and always faithful.

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

Sin
We believe that as a result of the fall of man into sin, people remain spiritually separated from God and unable to attain right standing with God apart from Jesus Christ. Everyone has sinned and stands guilty before God.

Salvation
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. Salvation is wholly dependent upon the work of God's free grace and is manifested through repentance from sin and faith in Christ and His finished work on the cross. Through His work, not our own, we obtain the forgiveness of sins and are adopted into the family of God.

Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. In this present day, the Bible says He is our Comforter and Counselor.

Biblical Coaching Alliance™

The Biblical Coaching Alliance™ serves as a network of Christian Life Coaches. The BCA's purpose is to promote both professionalism and integrity in the everyday practice of faith-based life coaching. The BCA requires member coaches to have some form of coach training, to agree with their Coach Creed, and to agree with their Statement of Faith. While membership in the Biblical Coaching Alliance™ is open to all Christian life coaches, graduates of the Life Breakthrough Coach™ foundational training course receive a complimentary lifetime membership.
